Kirsty passed her test in Sunderland this morning.
It’s been a long road since the last test in December when she failed the eyesight test had her licence revoked.
This should NEVER have happened.
Kirsty was denied the opportunity to write down the registration number on a piece of paper and had to suffer the upset and disappointment of a terminated test AND the unnecessary wait of an additional 5 months.
The conplaint against the examiner was of course upheld and then guess what?
The same examiner came out to take her test again today.
Thus showing that the DVSA has no human or emotional skills.
As Kirsty‘s anxiety shot through the roof she Nearly failed her eyesight test again.
It’s a good job her instructor David was on hand to remind the examiner of their responsibilities.
How many people have been robbed of their opportunity owing to poorly trained Examiners?
