• Ongoing cap: After 3 months capped at 3 new pupils per month

• Allocation: Pupils are postcode matched and exclusive once assigned

• Priority: Franchise instructors receive first allocation. PAYG receives matched referrals afterwards

• You only need 1–2 new pupils per month

• You want to start building your diary at low risk

• You are part-time or just testing the waters

• You are aiming for a full-time diary

• You need more than 3 new pupils per month consistently
