Best for part time instructors or building a new diary
£0 weekly fee
- Referral fee: £50 per new pupil
- Starter allowance: Unlimited referrals for your first 3 months
- Ongoing cap: After 3 months, capped at 3 new pupils per month
- Pupil allocation: Pupils are postcode matched and exclusive once assigned
- Lesson pricing and rules: Same DrewMatic pricing and standards
- Who it suits: Part timers, topping up diaries, new ADIs testing demand
- Flexibility: Switching to Franchise is simple once you need more pupils
Break even at a glance
- Year 1 with Total Drive (£52 per week) is £2,704 per year. About 55 PAYG pupils at £50 each
- Year 1 without Total Drive (£50 per week) is £2,600 per year. About 52 PAYG pupils
- After 12 months the franchise fee drops to £42 or £40 per week. About 44 or 42 PAYG pupils
- Rule of thumb: 2–3 new pupils per month → PAYG cheaper. 3–4+ new pupils → Franchise more cost effective
