Learner Driver Tuition – Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your tuition, please discuss this with your instructor or our office manager who will be happy to assist.

However, if we and you, are unable to reach a resolution you are entitled to request a refund of any lessons not already taken, this does not apply to instructor training, intensive or guaranteed pass courses.

Previous tuition is non-refundable.

In the case of First Lesson In Advance Lessons, if you cancel, or fail to show for your driving lesson with us, then you will be charged as though your lesson had taken place. A 48 Hour cancellation policy is in force with DrewMatic.

In the case of block bookings your refund will be less the hours already taken, at the standard lesson hourly rate, monies remaining will be sent to your nominated account within 14 working days.

If you request a refund no further tuition will be supplied and you will need to find a new instructor.

If you fail to complete your block booking within 6 months from the date of making the booking, any remaining hours will be lost.

We may request additional information from you to confirm your identity to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007;

We will also use this information to ensure adherence to Our Merchant Operating Instructions for card collection facilities.

You have a 14 day cooling off period to cancel your block booking, intensive or guaranteed pass course.

Should you choose to cancel your prepaid lessons within the cancellation period then you can expect a full refund within 14 days of having notified us of your decision to cancel.

The 14-day cooling off period commences the day after you have signed your terms and conditions.

You shall lose the right to cancel without penalties if you choose to cancel after the 14-day cooling off period has elapsed.

If you request it and your course commences during the 14-day cooling off period, then you shall still have the right to cancel but you will be charged at full lesson rate for any lessons taken up to the point of cancellation.

You should be aware that future costs and charges may be payable if you cancel your contract after the cooling off period has elapsed and you accept this and you accept that they will be determined at that time.
